Wonderfully situated right on the seafront in Playa Meloneras, makes this one of our favourite hotels in the resort.

The resort itself is really a newer extension of Maspalomas with it's famous sand dunes, and for those who know the area the hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the lighthouse. This is where the majority of the shops, bars and restaurants are to be found.

The landscape of the grounds is quite stunning with pools, lush plantings, lawns and winding pathways leading from guest rooms to the array of facilities. The Meloneras Wellness Health and Beauty Centre is relaxing and offers many treatments and a lovely swimming pool. The dining options are vast and the entertainment is stylish.

The Tamadaba is the main restaurant which offers high quality international buffet style service with show cooking, a feature of the restaurant are the themed evenings held twice weekly.

However for those special nights choose the Gaudi restaurant with its extensive range of a la carte dishes. Lunch may be taken at the La Choza restaurant close to the pool with drinks from the pool side bar. For evening enjoyment there is the peace and tranquility of either the lobby bar or the piano bar for those special cocktails.

In addition to a heated indoor spa pool there are two outdoor swimming pools, one heated and set in lush gardens. There is a separate children's pool. Next to the indoor pool are the Turkish Baths, sauna, massage and gym, please note these facilities are only open to guests over the age of 12 years.

For children there is a mini club and a child's playground. For the evening there is a varied entertainment programme including live music and shows.

The hotel has 350 double rooms which are well furnished and come with complete separate bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, safety deposit box for hire, mini bar and balcony or terrace.
