The Cordial Green Golf has a great location near the Maspalomas beach and golf course and is only a short drive away from Playa del Ingles.

You can choose from two swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter months, the little ones will love the children's pool and playground, while for guests who would like to venture outside the complex, there is a free shuttle bus service to Maspalomas beach and Playa del Ingles.

The Green Golf was renovated in 2006, the complex is composed of a main building and several 2-storey bungalows with a total of 250 lodgings all guest rooms include full bathroom, separate bedroom with ceiling fan, open plan kitchen with electric rings, toaster and coffee maker, separate living area with sofa bed and safe, all room shave either a balcony or terrace and rooms are cleaned 5 times a week.

Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception, a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. There are car parking facilities and a children's playground available for use.
In the outdoor complex are 2 pools (one covered in winter), a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also make use of the tennis and squash courts which lie 500m away. There is an extremely varied daily entertainment programme for the young and old a like.
