Balance Payments

Holiday Balances are generally due 12 weeks before departure, your sales agent will advise if any different at time of booking. Some special fares do however require full payment at time of confirmation.

Balance Reminders are normally emailed so always remember to check your inbox and make sure we have your contact details should we not be able to reach you via email.

When you are ready to pay your balance please call our admin team on 0844 477 0036 and quote your 8 digit file reference which usually starts 2005####.

Credit card payments will incur a minimum 2% credit card charge. No charge for Debit Cards.

Please note that we do accept cheques made payable to Freedom Travel Group however these must be sent in advance of balance due date in order for clearance. Cheques should be posted to 5300 Lakeside, Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheadle, Cheshire SK8 3GP.
