The Movenpick is located in a peaceful spot 1 kilometre from the centre of El Gouna with it's restaurants, shops, casino and nightlife.

This resort hotel has it's own popular spa offering a wide range of treatments a well as a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. For those wanting to exert themselves the hotel has a PADI approved scuba diving school, windsurfing, snorkelling, canoeing, tennis courts, squash courts and table tennis to take part in. There is also a 18 hole golf course nearby.

For children there are 3 children's pools, playground, activity programme, kid's club and a mini disco.

There are four lagoon-style pools to pick from, while the beach is only a few steps away.

The main buffet restaurant serves up plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, there is a choice of 2 Pool restaurants for snacks and refreshments as well as 3 A la carte restaurants serving Mediterranean, Seafood and Thai delicacys.
